The following OSU Key Contracts have been identified and University procedure is to utilize these contracts with 100% compliance.
Travel Key Contracts
- Univ Airfare for individual business and group travel:
- Corporate Travel Planners (CTP)
- Group Business Travel (ScholarTrip)
- OSP Air Travel requirements: U.S. flag carrier (an airline owned by an American company) or a foreign carrier that operates under a U.S. flag air carrier code-sharing agreement and identifies the U.S. flag air carrier’s designator code and flight number.
- Rental car services: National Car Rental, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Hertz Car Rental. To view rates, insurance details or make a business reservation, visit the OSU Travel website for a secured login. Non university contracted vehicle rental agencies should only be used under limited circumstances when procurement of rental car services from a non-contracted agency is justifiably necessary.
