All OSU policy violations must be tracked as an exception in accordance with the OSU Fiscal Stewardship policy.
Each EHE unit has a specific Powerform go link to ensure proper workflow. The Office of Finance and Business Services is making every effort to review and approve requests expeditiously; however, completing a full and thorough review of each exception request may require longer than expected approval times.
